Notice to Goose Hollow Residents
Roof Replacement Project Begins August 19th
Dear Residents,
We’re excited to announce that starting Tuesday, August 19th, the roof replacement project at Goose Hollow Tower will officially begin. This significant upgrade will enhance building, energy efficiency, and overall maintenance.
What to Expect During Phase One:
- Contractors On-Site
Crews will begin arriving and moving equipment through common areas starting at 7:00 AM daily.
- Noise Levels
Roofing work — especially demolition — will generate noise. Work on the roof begins at 8:00 AM. Please plan accordingly. The contractors will be setting up each day before 8 AM, you may hear noise during that time.
- Odors
Some roofing materials may produce temporary odors during installation. These are normal and will dissipate.
- Street & Sidewalk Closures
At times, a crane will be set up along SW Market Street, temporarily closing the street and sidewalk. No-parking signs will be posted in advance, and updates will be shared ahead of each closure.
