Important Notice: Roof Work & Street Closure
Dear Goose Hollow Tower Residents,
We want to keep you informed about upcoming construction activities as part of the roof replacement project.
Roof Work Beginning
– Starting Monday, August 25th, demolition on the roof will begin.
– You should expect construction noise beginning at 8:00 AM daily throughout the week.
*Contractors will begin setting up each day between 7-8AM. You may hear noise during this time*
Crane Installation – Thursday & Friday, August 28th & 29th
– On Thursday/Friday, a crane will be installed to support the roof project.
– SW Market Street will be closed for the day, and no parking will be allowed on SW Market Street.
–Please be advised that “No Parking” signs will be posted the day before by the crane/construction company. These parking restrictions have been permitted and approved by the City of Portland for scheduled closures. Any vehicles parked in the designated no parking areas during this time will be towed at the owner’s expense. We strongly encourage all residents to check for posted signage.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important work to improve the building. Please plan accordingly for both the increased noise during the week and the street closure on Friday.
