Notice to Residents – Roofing Project Update
Dear Residents,
We want to provide you with an update on the ongoing roof replacement project at Goose Hollow Tower:
- Thursday, September 11th: The crane will return to the property for construction activity. Please be aware that parking and street access on SW Market Street will be temporarily restricted.
- Ongoing: General roof demolition will continue. Expect construction noise from 8AM onwards each day. You may hear the crews begin setting up at 7AM each morning.
- Starting Friday, September 12th: Roofing installation may begin. This work can generate odors from roofing materials. These smells are a normal part of the process and should be temporary.
We appreciate your patience as we complete these necessary improvements to the building. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the management office.
