Where Community, Convenience, and Connection Converge
Between pet-friendly apartments, a seasonal swimming pool, and convenient on-site laundry facilities, our student residents have it all.
Located between the vibrant Montavilla neighborhood and the cultural Jade District, Connery Place offers urban living with a splash of vintage charm. Just a block from Portland Community College and moments away from light rail and bus lines, Connery Place is ideally suited for students.
Connery Place has a variety of floor plans available, from one bedroom designs to spacious two bedroom apartment homes. You’ll find oversized rooms, extra storage space, and private patios at Connery Place. Select apartments are also newly renovated and include dishwashers and stainless-steel appliances. We strive to make our community comfortable for students by offering covered bike storage and a convenient lending library. No matter what you’re looking for, we have a home for you.
Explore the Neighborhood
When you’re ready to step away from your studies, you’ll have nearby Mount Tabor Park and Harrison Park to explore by foot or by bike. Our community is as unique as the city itself, offering you a chance to truly make your apartment your home.
Have A Question?
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. Don’t see the answer you’re looking for? Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions you may have.
Our standard lease length is 12 months; however, alternate lease-length terms may be offered based upon availability and floor plan. Pricing may vary depending on lease length.
Application screening fees are currently $25 per applicant.
If you are approved you will need to pay a $150 holding deposit within 72 hours to secure the apartment. An additional $350 security deposit must also be paid by move in. You can pay this either by check, money order, credit/debit card, or through your online tenant portal.
All applicants must satisfy our student status requirement of being enrolled a minimum of halftime at a traditional college or university, an online school, or at a trade school. In addition, CHNW completes a screening that includes criminal background, credit history, and rental history. Since CHNW serves students who often may not have established credit or rental history, lacking either does not affect the outcome of the screening.
