Have A Question?

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. Don’t see the answer you’re looking for? Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions you may have.

Our standard lease length is 12 months; however, alternate lease-length terms may be offered based upon availability and floor plan. Pricing may vary depending on lease length.

Application screening fees are currently $25 per applicant.

If you are approved you will need to pay a $150 holding deposit within 72 hours to secure the apartment. An additional $350 security deposit must also be paid by move in. You can pay this either by check, money order, credit/debit card, or through your online tenant portal.

All applicants must satisfy our student status requirement of being enrolled a minimum of halftime at a traditional college or university, an online school, or at a trade school. In addition, CHNW completes a screening that includes criminal background, credit history, and rental history. Since CHNW serves students who often may not have established credit or rental history, lacking either does not affect the outcome of the screening. CHNW’s rental criteria can be read in full here: Rental Criteria
