The community garden provides residents the opportunity to grow their own healthy food. The food pantry helps lower food waste by encouraging unwanted non-perishable food items to be donated.

Free eco-friendly laundry strips are provided to all new residents to encourage choosing greener, more sustainable products.

All CHNW Portland buildings use 100% clean wind energy for common areas electricity usage and all units use LED lighting.
