Roof Project Update – Final Phase Begins
Dear Residents,
We’re pleased to share that the roof project is entering its final phase! This week, the construction crew will begin installing metal flashing and caps on the roof to complete the work.
Please note that banging, hammering, and other construction noises are expected throughout the week as this work progresses. Crews will continue to be active on site, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we wrap up this major improvement project.
