Notice to Residents – Roofing Project Update
Dear Residents,
We want to provide you with an update on the ongoing roof replacement project at Goose Hollow Tower:
- Ongoing Work: General roof demolition will continue through the end of this week. Please expect construction noise beginning at 8:00 AM daily, with crews arriving and setting up as early as 7:00 AM.
- Upcoming Work: Crews will begin installing the vapor barrier. Please note that temporary odors are a normal part of this process and should dissipate quickly.
- Crane Activity – September 24 & 25: A crane will be onsite for construction work. Parking and street access on SW Market Street will be temporarily restricted during this time. Please plan accordingly.
