Notice to Residents – Roofing Project Update
Dear Residents,
We want to provide you with an update on the ongoing roof replacement project at Goose Hollow Tower:
•Wednesday, October 1st: The crane will return to the property for construction activity. Please be aware that parking and street access on SW Market Street may be temporarily restricted.
•Ongoing: General roof demolition will continue. Expect construction noise from 8 AM onwards each day. You may also hear crews begin setting up as early as 7 AM each morning.
We appreciate your patience as we complete these necessary improvements to the building. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the management office.
