Roof Project Update – 50% Complete & Upcoming Crane Day

We’re pleased to share that the roof replacement project has reached the halfway mark — approximately 50% complete. Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation throughout this work.
Please note the following:
- The next crane day is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th. During this time, there may be limited access to certain areas of the property while equipment and materials are being moved & please be aware of posted No Parking signs on SW Market St.
- As construction continues, residents should continue to expect noise and odors from roofing materials and installation work.
